Purpose of job role

The role will ensure procurement of professional services to undertake design and development work, including, professional architects, engineering, quantity surveying and legal services necessary to enable a project to be brought to a level where it can be presented for CAPEX full authority. All activity is to be planned in accordance with TPE Project Procedures and in line with relevant regulatory obligations and ensuring compliance with Construction Design and Management regulations (CDM2015). The role holder will ensure that at a strategic level the appropriate commercial arrangements and integrated planning occurs for station investment with Network Rail, PTE's, Local Authorities and other Stakeholders.
